You will report directly to the Facility Management unit, across a growing network of large OEM retail spaces. This involves being familiar with facility management processes
Be responsible for the interface and coordination of facility management activities, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of preventive maintenance
Pull the required resources on Facility Engineering, Facility Construction, Transformation, Resource Management, and Administration Services
Own the Resource Management (RM) Contract, including approving invoices and conducting an annual review of waste characterizationsBe collaborative in supporting workspace transformation projects and culture change by actively partnering with GMs Sustainable Workplaces teams
Review facility processes that may impact the environment, including but not limited to changes to water discharge sources, air emission sources, waste generation sources, or land use
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services
Supervising teams of contracted staff
Managing maintenance and office services budgets and overseeing building projects and renovations
Helping businesses relocate if required
Able to remotely coordinate with multiple teams in various multicultural locations
Able to establish and maintain cross-border contracts with 3rd party suppliers
Able to balance operational and commercial needs with regional legal and environmental compliance requirements, including environmental agency communication
