Field Manager Aftermarket
Sales Operations provides the sales organization with tools, data, and resources to enable the team they support to drive the business. They may be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. The Sales Operations team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
Remote: This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to dealerships in a reoccurring frequency. Relocation may be provided.
The selected candidate will assume territorial responsibility and relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.

The Field Manager Aftermarket professional has territorial responsibility for the administration of the Sales and Service Agreements that exist between GM, its dealers, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) stores. They often act as consultants to the dealers and IAMs, and work reciprocally with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. They may be involved in a variety of initiatives including: developing and implementing marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
Build and manage relationships
Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
Assist in customer problem resolution
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Aftermarket experience within automotive industry required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to travel both day and overnight
Proficient with MS office suite
Pulling data and creating report experience
Strong verbal and nonverbal communication required
