The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Financial Accounting Specialist to join our vibrant #Ateam! Our dedication to robust financial management drives us to support the rapid expansion of our company. As a key player in the financial accounting team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounts, facilitating the monthly financial closing process, and overseeing subsidiary ledgers (like accounts receivable). You will be reporting to our Team Lead of Accounting and Finance and closely collaborating with operations, customer success, and commercial teams to refine financial processes as we expand globally.

 Maintain our general ledger accounts in SAP (ByDesign)
 Manage our monthly and annual financial closing
 Facilitate interfaces into Operations and Sales 
 Contribute to accounting and ERP projects to further streamline and automate our financial processes
 Create and enhance analytical reports for internal stakeholders
 Ensure high quality master data

 Federal accounting diploma, or similar relevant experience in Switzerland
 Strong experience in working with ERP Systems, preferably SAP
 Analytical mindset, curious, proactive, with a detail-oriented and diligent approach to work
 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
 Experience in a growing and dynamic finance department
 Efficient, flexible and open-minded person who is keen to learn
 Excellent written and verbal skills in English

 SAP Business ByDesign
 German language skills a plus
