FP&A Supervisor

Como FP &A Supervisor de General Motors, el principal desafío del rol será el liderazgo de un equipo de trabajo, gestionar el proceso de Budget, Forecast, análisis de resultados mensuales, identificación de riesgos y oportunidades y, generación de informes para la toma de decisiones específicamente del negocio de PDA (Plan de Ahorro en Argentina).

Principales Responsabilidades:

• Proyección del estado de resultados, análisis de la performance mensual analizando variaciones versus lo presupuestado y versus años anteriores, análisis de diversos escenarios futuros. • Proyección del balance y cash flow, análisis de variaciones versus lo presupuestado y versus años anteriores, análisis de diversos escenarios futuros. • Ppreparación del informe de gestión para la toma de decisiones de la gerencia, identificación y seguimiento de KPIs, reporte con indicadores claves. Identificar riesgos y oportunidades. Elaboración de presentaciones que faciliten el entendimiento del negocio. • Soporte al negocio en la gestión diaria y en el armado de Business Case diversos (ej. nuevos planes comerciales, incentivos, etc.) • Liderar un equipo de analistas. Organización de tareas, proveer feedback. • Formular nuevas formas de analizar los resultados financieros e impulsar el desempeño del negocio. • Resolver problemas y desarrollar nuevos métodos de análisis para agilizar la toma de decisiones.
