Description

The GBS Transformation Analyst within Corporate Systems is primarily responsible for system administration and supporting lead Business Analysts for a variety of global applications. The Transformation Analyst will work with functional Business Leads, IT partners and Third-Party vendors to define business requirements, develop business processes, conduct training, and end user support, organize and execute UAT, manage system administration, access validations and support global expansion.

Some of the responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and oversee various projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and execute UAT plans, including creating test cases, conducting tests, and documenting results. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
  • Partner with GM IT to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth implementation and resolution of any issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze existing workflows and systems and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to stakeholders.
  • Partner with global stakeholders across multiple Business Functions and Departments to drive end user adoption globally, address concerns and resolve issues.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in system administration and program/project management
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis).
  • Ability to provide support to a global audience across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Customer Focused and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with proven ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external suppliers.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interest in Identity and Access Management related disciplines
