About the role:

This Analyst position will have responsibility for the following work scope activities:

Solution Blueprinting/Design

  • Lead/Facilitate Design Thinking “Empathy” workshops with key Internal Consumer organizations such as Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, and Information Technology.
  • Identify key Internal Consumer organization processes, pain points, business objectives, and analytics requirements that will better integrate and optimize RTP processes.
  • Lead/Facilitate Design Thinking solution sessions to translate stakeholder business objectives, pain-points, and opportunities into world class RTP processes and technology enablers
  • Conduct iterative Agile Software Configuration sessions to ensure that all key Internal Consumer Organization business objectives are met
  • Deployment

  • Work with and deploy leading Request to Pay technologies: including Requisitioning, Sourcing, Contracting, Materials Management, Accounts Payable, Supplier Collaboration and Reporting
  • Responsible for deploying large-scale/global Request to Pay Business Processes and Technologies.
  • Support global site deployments
  • Support development of end user understanding and acceptance of the business process changes that the Request to Pay deployment will require
  • Identify additional improvement opportunities to optimize/stabilize GM's Request to Pay Process and enabling technologies end to end

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Disciplines, Information Technology, Business Information Systems Management or related field
  • Experience utilizing or deploying best in class Request to Pay Technologies: SAP Ariba, SAP Field Glass, SAP Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Ariba Business Network, SAP Cloud Analytics, and/or Coupa BSM Applications
  • Experience utilizing and deploying SAP S4 and SAP ECC ERP systems
  • Experience in leading and facilitating Design Thinking Workshops
  • Agile Software Configuration/Deployment Experience
  • Business Experience in a Request to Pay function: Material Management (MM) Purchasing, Request Management, Accounts Payable, Finance, or Capital Management
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple projects and complex business scenarios
  • Ability to work using Spanish and Portuguese languages.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience in managing, developing, and deploying Request to Pay Procurement Solutions/Transformation projects
  • Business Process Optimization/Re-engineering Experience
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Centered approach to all tasks and deliverables
  • A positive, creative, transformative and dynamic approach to assist in the transformation of GM Request to Pay Processes and Technology
