Analisar, desenvolver e suportar estratégias de Vendas Diretas na região;
Elaborar e implementar relatórios de gestão de Vendas Diretas junto aos Dealers ;
Gerenciar a idade do inventário dos veículos e Past Due ( recebíveis) na região/ Dealers ;
Suporte aos Dealers no controle e acompanhamento das metas mensais e anuais;
Avaliar a correta aplicação de descontos da nossa política comercial de acordo com potencial do cliente;
Desenvolvimento/abertura de novos clientes e manter clientes atuais;
Gestão e controle da política comercial na região;
Orientar, desenvolver e treinar a equipe de Vendas Diretas nos Dealers ;
Acompanhamento dos indicadores do Franchise Meeting alinhado com o Escritório Regional equalizando os eventuais Gaps, ou necessidades;
Desenvolver e Coordenar eventos regionais;
Interface com agência de publicidade regional em conjunto com o Escritório Regional e São Caetano do Sul para desenvolvimento de mídias de Vendas Diretas na região;
Avaliar tendências atuais do mercado de Vendas Diretas e concorrentes

Experiência em Campo na área de Vendas, com atendimento a dealers/ clientes
Desejável Inglês Intermediário
Possuir CNH ativa e dirigir

Disponibilidade para atuar e residir em Salvador/BA
