As Global Performance Marketing Specialist at Universal Robots, you will be a key player in developing, testing, optimizing, and executing digital advertising on paid social platforms, search engines, and programmatic marketing platforms, and overseeing our SEO activities. With your technical expertise in various marketing platforms and general in-depth knowledge about paid ads trends and performance drivers, you will be developing concepts and campaigns together with both regional and global marketing teams. With your strong analytical skills combined with your technical platform knowledge, you will be analyzing and transforming performance data into actionable campaign recommendations, and secure that the implementation of your recommendations is also followed through, whether it's a replacement of ad creatives, a technical change in the ad setup, or a full re-structure of a campaign.
To succeed in working in a diverse, international environment, where you are expected to collaborate with, upskill, educate, and support teams around the world in all aspects of paid marketing, you bring great communications and consulting skills, and you know how to read your audience and how tutor people with different skill levels in the best way possible.
You will be sitting at the HQ office in Odense, referring to our Global Digital Marketing Manager, Christian Johansen, but will be working closely together with our regional marketing offices and the rest of the central marketing team on a daily basis, supporting the digital marketing strategy globally.

Need to have:
• 2-4 years of experience in the digital media buying space, with focus a on paid social, SEM and programmatic • Great analytical skills • Creative digital concept development skills • Great collaborations skills • Passionate about the performance marketing field, eager to learn, and ready to always stay at the forefront of new trends and technical possibilities • Professional English skills (fluency not required) • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Go-do and get-done-attitude • Ability to follow projects and tasks through to the end • Professional level of English language (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
• Experience from an agency • Experience with managing large ad spend budgets • Experience with Twitter, Pinterest, Snap Chat Ads, or other interesting marketing platforms • SEO knowledge
