In our System Drives Division, one of our strong added value is the ability to consult and support our customers with the applications, products and technical questions. The System Drives Global Sales Competence Manager, is responsible for driving and enhancing the sales competencies in our global Sales organization to improve our sales success and enable superior customer experience. In this role, you will create the overall System Drives Division sales competence strategy and roadmap for ABB, partner sales personnel and drive this implementation with the local sales units. You will also facilitate the development of innovative and impactful learning experience to enhance the effectiveness of our training delivery. Lead and manage a holistic global learning framework. Build structures and processes in learning and competence development that support continuous and agile learning. You will report to the Head of Sales Excellence – System Drives. The ideal candidate is located in Finland, Switzerland, Poland or the United States. Willingness to travel is required (around 20%).This position reports to
