In this role you will be responsible to contribute to service growth through the development of innovative and effective marketing activities integrated with sales process.

Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for defining and executing the global service marketing strategy.
  • Ensure global marketing plans are aligned and support local country/region needs.
  • Formulate and run effective nurturing funnels to accelerate lead generation.
  • Ensure the markets globally are well monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools and implementing coordinated marketing analyses and activities.
  • Promote Salesforce / CRM best practices to Sales organization.
  • In collaboration with Communication ensures that customers are engaged and nurtured along equipment lifetime.
  • Collaborate with Communication and Service Product Managers to launch new service offerings.
  • Research, identify, and select external marketing service providers.
  • Define quality and delivery targets for externally assigned activities, monitor ongoing progress, and resolve issues.
  • Define key targets and metrics for marketing initiatives. Review and evaluate results upon completion of the activities.
  • Your background
  • University level education
  • 12+ years of marketing activities in B2B (preferably in global context)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Salesforce.com and Pardot module preferred)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills
  • Capable of working in teams and able to communicate in an effective manner
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and geographies/cultures
