Cadillac Sales Director.
Cadillac Sales Director is an important role to lead sales team and network for sustainable business success in Korea. responsibilities for Sales Planning, Operation, Sales Network, Monthly Sales Promotion, and Brand P&L by working closely with internal/external stakeholders.
Major Responsibilities:
As a leading person of Cadillac, designing and implementing company sales strategies including Sales plan, production plan, sales mix, inventory, monthly promotion, and sales network management are key responsibilities. Pursuit for continuous growth for both volume and profitability are also key area for this position.
Also, playing as an important role in the organization is required. Delivering market, competition, and Cadillac performance and trend to relevant stakeholders can be example.
Lastly, people management and development as a leader level is needed. Continuous monitoring, coaching, and challenging staffs to improve them as good potentials for organization can be important measure the success level and depth of this position.

Coordinate dealer contractual agreements; ensure compliance to retail & parts sales performance, customer happiness and dealer profitability
Ensure accurate utilization of empowerment tools
Inspiring team/customers to attain business goals
Performs other duties as assigned
