Cadillac Sales Director.

Cadillac Sales Director is an important role to lead sales team and network for sustainable business success in Korea. responsibilities for Sales Planning, Operation, Sales Network, Monthly Sales Promotion, and Brand P&L by working closely with internal/external stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities:

As a leading person of Cadillac, designing and implementing company sales strategies including Sales plan, production plan, sales mix, inventory, monthly promotion, and sales network management are key responsibilities. Pursuit for continuous growth for both volume and profitability are also key area for this position.

Also, playing as an important role in the organization is required. Delivering market, competition, and Cadillac performance and trend to relevant stakeholders can be example.

Lastly, people management and development as a leader level is needed. Continuous monitoring, coaching, and challenging staffs to improve them as good potentials for organization can be important measure the success level and depth of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and execute strategy to develop Cadillac Sales growth collaborate with local and global sales team
  • Monitor, manage, and lead sales operations on daily basis
  • Develop, operate, and consult proper commission and reward system for Cadillac sales network for maximizing performance
  • Plan, manage, and co-work to perform the best P&L with finance team
  • Educate, Develop, and motivate Cadillac staffs for them to grow as good assets to company
  • Prepare performance reports; analyze project/campaign performance and provide recommendations for continued improvement
  • Cultivate, establish, and resonate our company values as a representative person of the brand internally and to external stakeholders
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years professional work experiences in Sales, Network, Marketing area in automotive industry
  • Imported vehicle or Luxury brand experience preferred
  • Experiences for leading new initiative (ex. Online sales, fleet sales, sales process, training) to organization preferred
  • Dealer (or business partner) management experience
  • Team leading experience and communication skill
  • Fluent in Korean and English

    Encourage and support engagement efforts

    Drive communication that supports the Business's market plans

    Mentor, lead and grow talent

    Coordinate dealer contractual agreements; ensure compliance to retail & parts sales performance, customer happiness and dealer profitability

    Ensure accurate utilization of empowerment tools

    Inspiring team/customers to attain business goals

    Performs other duties as assigned
