We are seeking experienced, motivated individuals for one Program Manager (PM) position supporting GM Defense (GMD).

GM Defense is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual looking for an opportunity that will allow them to showcase their talents and have an impact in a strategic growth area. Our ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and demonstrates problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
The GMD Program Manager will support early program pursuit and capture of the government contract and will lead the execution of vehicle programs after contract award, from product development and production to sustainment in the field. The role requires the framing, development, and analysis of what is required to execute the government contract, if awarded. Post contract award, the Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for the government customer, managing the customer relationship and adherence to contractual requirements. The Program Manager is also responsible for structuring and elevating risks/issues for program leadership decisions. Key areas of responsibility are the contract execution, program plan development, risk management, workload balancing, and overall team performance with an emphasis on management of program cost, schedule, and performance.
This role involves a high level of independent judgment and ingenuity. The ability to innovate, working cross-functionally and with various levels of management is a necessity.

· The median level of salary compensation for this role is $139,584
· Bonus potential: an incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
