Description

Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired.

  • This position requires an employee to be onsite 1-3 times per week.
  • GM is transforming and an exciting opportunity exists to help design the future of seller revenue generation across several B2B business units. GM Envolve focuses on bringing holistic Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Government (B2G) solutions to small, medium, and large organizations; focusing on complete end-to-end B2B/B2G solutions to help our partners meet their business goals.

    This position will be responsible for developing the strategies, tools, resources and workflows for the entire GM Envolve sales organization, including the integration of cross functional business units.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage tools and resources that enable sales and revenue growth across all B2B / B2G tiers to achieve commercial targets, reduce operational complexity and free up time for sellers execute more broadly.
  • Work cross-functionally with GM Envolve marketing and operations teams as well as cross functional business units to develop processes and create defined workflows / playbooks.
  • Develop and manage a commercial customer satisfaction index / process to measure our performance in exceeding our customers' expectations.
  • Mange, track and analyze seller KPIs – identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations and drive accountability.
  • Provide input into marketing and operations team on content development and fulfillment plans for product & service offerings.

  • Monitor national and regional market trends for additional sales opportunities and deploy strategies to exceed assigned KPI's.

  • Ability to build relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in selecting and managing external resources.

  • Skills and Experiences

    Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience required.
  • 5+ years in automotive sales, marketing, operations and/or training.
  • Field sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence business partners.
  • Ability to establish and prioritize KPIs that can help determine the impact and effectiveness of training efforts.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
