Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired.

  • This position requires an employee to be onsite 1-3 times per week.
  • The GM Envolve Service Team is seeking a Data Analyst to work collaboratively with our Central Office and Field Team. This role will focus on providing reporting and data driven solutions to improve team efficiency. This will support the overall goal of ensuring GM Envolve customers receive world class support from General Motors in their service needs.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain metrics dashboard for the team
  • Provide prompt support for GM Envolve Sales and Service team with a goal of increasing team efficiency
  • Establish productive working relationships with internal and external resources
  • Monitor and report on warranty expense from GM Envolve in-shop accounts
  • Develop and execute a customer satisfaction survey to provide reporting of team performance
  • Assist with special projects for GM Envolve Service as needed
  • Provide eSAP/Budget support for team
  • Reporting for GM Envolve Customer Support Center
  • Process and report on check reimbursement requests
  • ADF/CDR & Inventory Reporting
  • Work as coordinator for GM Envolve Service team's volunteer efforts (GM Cares)
  • Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years analytics or reporting experience
  • 3+ years automotive service experience preferred
  • Critical thinking and problem solving experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Power Bi, Excel, Knime, other data analysis tools
  • Well-developed interpersonal, team and partnering skills
  • Competent oral and written communication skills
  • GM Global Warranty experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
