As a part of GM's Global Business Solutions (GBS) People Services you hold a focus on driving operational and tactical tasks. You are customer facing with specialized skills and subject matter expertise.

Job Description:

•Inbound & outbound ISP (International Service Personnel) service-

coordinator in Korea to provide local support

•Outplacement Consulting Service and offline training session arrangement

for retiring employees.

•Outplacement Service Vendor Mgt. and Employee offboarding Process

support

Operational Support on GBS/HR Communication letter for Local Employee Various HR/GBS related Document Management •Address employees inquires on people services, provide solutions and act

as the local contact for people services issues

•Partner with People HR/Business HR /Global Mobility/Vendors to provide

high-quality employee experience

•Find people services improvement opportunity and insist on standard

operation process enhancement

•Communication window between Global and Local team on GM Global Surveys
  • Workplace of Choice, WoC Pulse, People Leader Feedback 180, etc.
  • •Translation validation support for various global learning, global

    survey question, reporting site, guideline for result etc.

    •Working as one team with HR Service center •Operational support for the arrangement of New Hire Orientation,

    Leadership Training, and various classroom trainings & workshop

    Qualification:

    •High integrity and trust and the ability to manage complex and sensitive

    information confidentially and effectively

    •High change agility and openness to new ideas •Positive and proactive attitude •Learning quickly when facing new challenges •Good written and verbal communication skills in English •Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. •Aspiration to build one's career in HR •Efficient and organized •Approachability for all levels of the organization •Welcomes ambiguity and uses it as an opportunity to drive solutions •HR Operations related experience is preferred (up to 3 years)

    학력 : 4년제 정규대 이상의 기 졸업자

    -2023 8 월 졸업 예정자의 경우 , 졸업학점 이수를 완료 증빙 및 입사 후 full time 근무가 가능한 자 .

    병역 : 군필 또는 면제자

    기타 : 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없는 자
