Onsite - (Bupyeong) Position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time but the general expectation is that the employee be onsite an average of three (3) days each week
The Role –
This role will be responsible for developing, guiding, and managing marketing strategies and planning that support the company's overall goals, enhancing the brand health and CX programs that can ultimately support both brand & Sales and creating robust digital and new media platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and providing leadership to the marketing team. In addition, candidates must have the drive and ability to invest in thoughtful, creative, and innovative marketing initiatives that build brand and deliver on the overall strategic objectives.
What You'll Do –
Responsible for the Marketing of Chevrolet & GMC in Korea that includes Brand marketing/management, Product Marketing, CRM, Customer experience and overall marketing communications
Develop Go-To-Market/annual marketing strategy, plans, campaigns, and programs for Brand and all carlines including setting the KPIs & budget
Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns for Chevrolet & GMC across all channels to ensure brand consistency, high efficiency, and effectiveness (Including TVC, OTT, digital, social, interactive, and retail etc.)
Develop and manage Advertisement/creative/content and launch campaign/program to build awareness and drive strong customer sales engagement/leads (both engaging and informative)
Contribute to the strategy of seeding the correct brand message across the global organization, dealerships, media outlets, agencies, etc.
Responsible for all product content planning and pricing for Current & Future Portfolio and Product enhancement (MY change, MCM, NG etc.) through in-depth study e.g., market intelligence/tracking, analysis, and competitors' product assessment
Conduct market research and analyze data to gain marketing insights and uncover key consumer insights and competitive opportunities.
Strategic thinking and leadership to develop disruptive & novel ways to attract customers and grow the brand and business
Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions to ensure team is consistently performing and adding value to the business
Closely cooperate with Planning team to have a strong portfolio and launch competitive products/features in Korea
Work closely with Sales team to meet the sales objectives/target by executing effective marketing contents or programs
Manage marketing budget (Forecasts, actual, analysis etc.)
Manage marketing agencies (Creative, Media, CX etc. agencies) but work as one team
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or similar is preferred
At least 12years of experience in marketing or sales
Proven experience as Brand Marketer, Product Marketer, or similar role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail: Skills needed to be a marketing director
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English
A person who has no reason to be disqualified for traveling abroad
A person can work full-time after joining the company
