About the Team:

The Digital Business Team (DBT) was created to build on over 25 years of OnStar connected services. This division is strategically positioned to lead from the front as GM continues its growth plans set out in the fall of 2021. Within the DBT, there is a new Revenue Strategy team passionate about laying the foundation for this growth, seeing things not as they are but how they could be for our customers. As part of this team, you can expect a fail-fast, fail-often mentality, and a strong bias toward action. You will be expected to scheme, model, and systematize growth concepts to help the DBT achieve mass scale. As a growth analyst you will have wide aperture, high levels of autonomy, and significant influence over how GM's digital business scales over the next decade.

  • Analyze data, identify organizational/customer pain points, then adapt our approach to improve revenue growth
  • Test ideas, find ways to automate, rinse and repeat
  • Some of what will help you be successful:

  • Be ready to define what a Test & Learn Culture means to you
  • Be ready to define what Strategy means to you as well as where the scope starts and stops
  • Demonstration or example of a test you ran end to end. How did you identify, define, launch, and measure the test? What was the outcome?
  • Evidence where you've identified and sized an opportunity which developed into an in-market product/service/feature. How'd it go relative to plan?
  • Examples of where you've fallen short, been wrong, failed and what you would do differently next time.
  • Demonstration of how you've developed and maintained a financial model
