Head of ABB Salesforce Practice is responsible for the overall ABB Salesforce Practice (ASP) success together with the Business Leaders. The ABB Salesforce Practice (ASP) is responsible for the ABB's Global Salesforce platform and the support to ABB Businesses in relation to project portfolio management, project delivery, architecture,, service management and operations. Business processes in scope are Campaign to Opportunity, Opportunity to Quote and Service for the whole ABB Globally. 80% to 100% assignment Budget: > 35+ million USD/year Number of concurrent projects running in average: > 10 ABB Staff: > 56 people + Externals Staff: > 70 people Direct reports: 8 Geography: Global and world-wide impact Business Types: 5 (MFG, ENG, PRJ, SRV, SW) Business: 4 divisions impacted > 20 billion USD End users: 25,000+

Your responsibilities
  • Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce and ecosystem related portfolio, projects as well as reliable and secure system operations
  • Lead Salesforce Practice global team and manage vendors
  • Develop the overall solution strategy considering ABB's different business types and requirements with an understanding of technological possibilities
  • Keep up with the latest features/functionality of the Salesforce stack and bring innovative solutions to the organization
  • Manage program scope, budget, risks and issues and perform high-level planning.
  • Interact actively with business stakeholders, manage program governance, service reviews and act as key escalation point for cross functional issues
  • Support harmonization of business processes as a leader of the Global Process Owners
  • Operate in global environment with C-level exposure
    • Your background
  • +10 years of experience within corporate multinational environment within similar industry
  • Solid Global Salesforce knowledge, experience in managing global salesforce implementations or/and salesforce operations
  • Strong people management experience and skills
  • IT Knowledge
  • Absolute integer behaviors
  • Motivated self-starter, with a keen interest in developing and implementing the best practice, creative solutions to the services and the business
  • Good command of English
