As HR and Labor Relations Director - São José dos Campos & Joinville Plants you will provide dedicated information and advice to manufacturing and non- manufacturing leaders on all human resources issues and day-to-day matters pertaining to union and employee relations.

- You will partner closely with the manufacturing and non-manufacturing team and the plant leadership team and the like to provide agreements that enable the company to continue to grow and transform.

- You will effectively partner with all internal functional partners.

- You must show successful negotiation skills and influence over people

- You must display relationship skills with the ability to collaborate and engage multiple internal partners to achieve positive results through persuasion and influence.

- You will help to build an amazing employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.

- You will lead, promote and develop a high Impact HR and Labor Relations Team.

Additional Description

Requirements:

University degree in HR, Business or related fields.

Strong experience with HR processes, in a leadership role.

Advanced English Level.

Fluent Portuguese mandatory and Spanish desirable.

Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills

Experience supporting and influencing senior leaders to make better people decisions that improves our results and culture.
