Yaskawa is seeking an HR Manager to be based in our Oak Creek, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. The HR Manager is responsible for developing, directing and implementing Human Resource strategies, policies and programs for the company. Major areas covered are organizational planning and development, indoctrination and training, employee relations, labor relations, employment, compensation, benefits, safety and health and employee services. With one direct report at this time, the HR Manager role is on-site in Oak Creek; this site operates 2 shifts, 7 days per week. The selected candidate will support associates on all shifts, requiring an evening and/or weekend presence as necessary.

If you are an experienced HR Manager, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations or related field and have 7+ years of experience managing an HR team. Experience with Ultipro/UKG Human Capital Management is ideal but not required. The perfect candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations in a manufacturing setting by partnering with Operations management in solving complex business issues in a competitive market. This opportunity also requires solid prior work experience working with a union.
