Identity and Access Management Business System Analyst

Responsibilities for IAM Business Analyst

  • Support Rockwell Automation's core IAM initiatives
  • Work with Rockwell Automation's Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team to integrate acquired entities' IAM stack into Rockwell IAM landscape.
  • Discover and document corporate IAM landscape, identity posture, authentication, authorization and privileged access tools and technologies
  • Document and support security risk and IT policy audits.
  • Participate in maintaining company-wide best practices for IAM security policies.
  • Maintain information security policy and procedure documentation.
  • Identify gaps, missed requirements, and confirm business process flows.
  • Coordinate with business partners for the design, build, and testing of updated processes Align with implementation partners on requirements and traceability Assist with product documentation such as Knowledge Articles, Training, SOPs / Wis, etc Assist in communication development Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks in alignment with Regeneron project managers.

  • Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology.

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Work with execution teams (in collaboration with the product owners and technical leaders) to communicate business needs in the form of clear personas, use cases and business requirements.
  • Proficient in collecting technical requirements and enable development teams with detailed documentation on product development, data flow, systems and front-end product design and GUI requirements.
  • Qualifications for IAM Business Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
  • 6-8 years' experience as business analyst
  • Mergers and Acquisition experience is a huge plus.
  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management domain
  • Experience with IT environment discovery methodologies and documentation
  • Experience with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, JIRA
  • Experience in information security or a related field
  • Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques
  • Proficiency in collaborating with scrum masters to update requirements, track progress and connect with stakeholders
  • Applies in-depth professional knowledge and understanding to technical or business problem solving.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
