In this role, you will be responsible for all things iRobot social media. You will set and achieve growth goals on all social media accounts for the Brand in Spain. We are searching for a dynamic, uber-creative and passionate social media specialist to drive the management of our content across all owned social platforms and interact regularly with our community. This person will report to iRobot Marketing Manager Spain to develop content regularly, measure, track and analyze KPIs and bring our unique iRobot brand voice to life.
Community management across all owned channels; working closely with Customer Service team to address product and/or customer concerns that come through via social channels.
Work closely with Communications Manager Spain, Global Senior Social Manager and established social agency to develop content, manage content calendar and push out content regularly.
Manage local social calendars; serve as hub of information workflow to ensure all parties are aware of upcoming relevant social activities.
Manage, create and oversee content (creating monthly content plans), engagement and monitoring for main iRobot social platforms locally (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube); responsible for connecting external users and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Create robust and engaging influencer programs.
Assist Global Social Media Manager, external agency and Communications Manager Spain in creating and executing social strategy tracking and monitoring KPIs in real time to adjust strategies & tactics and ensure content development in line with local requirements.
Report on development, performance, and upcoming project initiatives to local marketing lead, internal constituents, and outside agency partners to ensure all parties are aware of relevant social marketing activities.
Work closely with corporate internal communications teams to ensure synergies between home robot social activities and corporate activities via social channels such as LinkedIn etc.
Collaborate with local PR Agency to provide consistent messaging and broaden social reach both earned and paid.
Provide analytics on all social programs to determine performance and best results; establish success metrics for each program.
Responsible for monitoring, publishing, moderation and engagement of iRobot customer reviews. Covering both www. iRobot.xx and off-site across 3rd party review platforms. E.g. Amazon, El Corte Inglés, Media Markt, Facebook, and Google.
Related experience driving social media strategy and content; either agency, client or individual influencer experience.
Community management experience a must.
Knowledge of SalesForce Social Studio.
Results-driven with the ability to analyse data and deduce implications for social and engagement strategies.
Quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, stress-tolerant, problem-solver.
Experience in managing all social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and You Tube.
Proven track record in managing and driving social strategy, identifying Social Media insights and trends.
Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal.
Self-starter, results oriented, positive and proactive, solution focused approach.
Has the desire to learn and grow
English frequency required
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Portuguese is a plus
