What you will be doing:
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software
solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather functional and technical
requirements to be able to provide robust design, develop and test
solutions
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation.
Participate in peer code reviews and ensure code quality
Optimize application performance and database queries
Engage with our internal business partners to review design processes and
flow
Provide technical support and quality control through all stages of
operations and projects
Experience and Technical skills
Requires specialist experience at more advance level (8-12 yrs.)
Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or
B.S.)
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role developing Web
applications
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS,
JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Angular, TypeScript)
Knowledge of frameworks for Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and JavaScript
(particularly Angular, Node.js)
Knowledgeable on MySQL, Familiar with Oracle and Postgres
Familiar with NoSQL
(Nice to have) Experience creating prototypes with Adobe XD
Knowledgeable on micro-services architecture
Familiarity with event-based architecture
Experience working with the AWS Cloud Services (e.g. ECS, S3, Lambda,
CloudFront, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Secrets Cognito, SQS, SES)
Experience in working with REST and SOAP APIs
Familiar with CI/CD tools
Gitlab CI/CD
Jenkins
Familiar with Caching Technologies – Redis, Memcache
Strong communication skills and a team player
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $142,701 and
$184,671. Please note that this position's saary range may include multiple
levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training,
transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The
base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
