Como IT Business Support Coordinator s u principalidad desafío será dar soporte en las necesidades de aplicaciones del negocio, siendo socio de la Operación de Finanza y de IT, priorizando solicitudes de cambios o nuevas aplicaciones, actuando como focal point en el manejo de incidentes, supervisando rutinas de procesos en sistemas, brindando accesos y generando información que contribuya a la toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar tareas de Cambios en aplicaciones principales de PDA (Newcon, SAP) considerando las necesidades/prioridades del negocio, de acuerdo con respectivas políticas/procedimientos y asegurando la implementación oportuna de cambios libre de errores.

  • Actuar como punto de contacto para el manejo de incidentes en aplicaciones, a los fines de asegurar una oportuna y efectiva solución de los mismos.

  • Supervisar ejecución de rutinas de procesos de las aplicaciones, asegurando ejecución oportuna y mantenimiento de la performance de las aplicaciones.

  • Liderar Accesos a las Aplicaciones (Alta, Baja, Modificación) principales de PDA (Newcon, SAP) de acuerdo con las respectivas políticas/procedimientos y asegurando el otorgamiento de acessos limitado a las necesidades de los usuarios.

  • Actuar como responsable principal del negocio en el desarrollo de nuevas aplicaciones, buscando capturar y traducir las necesidades del negocio e intermediar con los equipos de desarrollo.

  • Generar Información para las áreas: extracción de datos, análisis y presentación de información para contribuir a la toma de decisiones.

  • Otras Responsabilidades: Efectuar revisiones de Procesos; Brindar capacitación a usuarios, Dar respuesta a solicitudes de auditores internos/externos.

  • Requisitos:

  • Formación: Graduados en Licenciatura en Sistemas de Información o Administración y Sistemas, o a fines.

  • Experiencia previa mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares relacionadas a cambios en Aplicaciones, Accesos a Aplicativos, Manejo de Incidentes, Ejecución de Rutinas de Procesos, Mejora Continua.

  • Conocimiento en Newcon (deseable)

  • Manejo de SAP (deseable)

  • Inglés: Intermedio (excluyente). Se realizarán reuniones en el idioma.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma hibrida en Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

  • Skills: Administración de Proyectos, Comunicación, Inglés avanzado, Analytics.

  • Competencies: Problem Solving, Process Management, Customer Focus.
