Job Description


  • Being a member of a IT multi-disciplinary team that is supporting Rockwell Automation engineering community globally,
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, via use of strong customer service, interpersonal and technical skills,
  • Support Rockwell Engineering community with issues related to CAD environment (solving incidents, develop best practices, enhance functionality),
  • Support introduction and drive the adoption of new CADtools, new software releases and services, thus contributing to the continuous growth of RA,
  • Interface with the vendor and internal customers, drive incidents towards resolution,
  • Manage and optimize software licensing model,
  • Drive IT technical debt reduction and operational excellence in the CAD space
  • Maintain CAD Support site – create & update knowledge base articles, provide updates regarding CAD products
  • Collaborate with other RA IT teams
  • Act as a backup for other CAD tools
  • Job Qualifications:

  • +5 years CAD application on hands experience
  • Strong understanding of the engineering processes
  • Cloud (Azure) computing on hands experience
  • Programming skills (VBA, Java) is a plus
  • Very strong analytical skills and troubleshooting mindset,
  • Candidate must be self-motivated, be able to work independently but collaboratively,
  • Manage multiple tasks and customer issues concurrently,
  • Strong technical communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • BS degree with strong engineering background. MS Preferred
