Introduction

iRobot is seeking a Digital Experience Co-Op to join the dynamic direct-to- consumer (DTC) organization in North America. This role will work closely with the content and site merchandising teams to ensure the iRobot brand, products, and promotions are brought to life on iRobot.com in the US and Canada.

This role will have a direct impact in the success of our product launches, promotions, and optimizing content for iRobot.com visitors. They will bring new ideas and innovations to the team to help improve overall engagement and ecommerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, Revenue)

In this role, the candidate will acquire skills in Salesforce SFRA and Page Designer, Sitecore CMS, and JIRA.

This internship opportunity is full-time from January through the end of June. Students must have the ability to work 40 hours per week (M-F) for 6 months. This role can be remote or Hybrid in our Bedford, MA office.

What you Will Do:

  • Executes the day-to-day maintenance of content on our websites.
  • Communicates status updates with the internal team, technology partners, and agency vendors using tools like JIRA.
  • Lead submission process for translations on images and copy
  • Grows digital metrics (visits, bounce rates, conversions, etc) through SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the DTC Marketing team for brand consistency, creative direction, and imagery.
  • Maintain metadata and other inputs in the system to optimize search engine results.
  • Work with developers to solve technical issues in displaying content and website functionality.
  • Partner with DTC and global marketing teams to analyze usage data and traffic patterns to inform content decisions, user experience, and page optimizations.
  • ‘To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Marketing, Analytics, Design or related major.
  • Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week (M-F) from January to June
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and Page Designer
  • Analytically-minded, able to interpret the story behind the data
  • Highly organized and very strong, proven project management skills
  • Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
