We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that
take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life,
by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements
current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to
offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their
destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted
flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous
public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www. volocopter.com).
Your mission during this flight:
You will assist with project planning and implementation, including
defining project scope, goals, budget, and deliverables
You will develop and maintain project timelines and schedules, ensuring
deadlines are met and actively manage project changes
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project
success, including managing communication between teams and stakeholders
as well as conducting workshops
You will identify and manage IT (project) risks, including developing
mitigation plans and communicating risks to stakeholders
You will monitor and report project progress, including providing regular
updates to senior management
You will support process improvement initiatives, including analyzing
current processes (e.g. Quality Gate Process & Change Request Process)
and making recommendations for improvements in order to achieve ISO27001
certification
You will create project and tool documentation incl. development and
adjustments of standards
Operations of Quality Gate and Change Request Process on a daily basis
incl. hosting of main meetings and stakeholder management
You will be providing guidance in terms of Requirements Engineering and IT
Project Management
Process Modelling of Enterprise IT (service) processes within
Volocopter's Integrated Management System
Check in your professional skills:
Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project management tools and techniques such as Jira &
Confluence
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred skills:
Experience with process improvement initiatives
Knowledge in BPMN2.0, (IT) Project Management, SAFe, Scrum, ISO27001
