NYSE-listed AgEagle Aerial Systems is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator.
In this rôle, you will assist with the remote support of the company's IT
operations. Primary responsibilities will include managing cloud services
(e.g., Microsoft 365/Azure) as well as managing & supporting workstations
(Windows, MAC & Linux). You will be responsible for the administration and
support of existing and future systems and the seamless integration of
features into the company's global environments.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Power
Platform, Teams, User Management).
Analyze, troubleshoot, and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Microsoft
Provides basic remote access solution implementation and supports VPN and
Monitor system health and actively respond based on system alerts and
Administer and remotely support Windows and MAC workstations.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of

Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent, preferred.
5+ years of directly related experience.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Azure, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams,

Familiarity with managing a MAC & Windows environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop effective technical and support

templates where needed.
Entry level experience with ERP system is a plus but not required.
