We at Volocopter are the pioneers of electric air taxis, i.e. aircraft that
take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring urban air mobility to life,
by getting air taxis and drones off the gorund in a way that complements
current transportation options in megacities across the globe. Our aim is to
offer affordable on-demand air taxi services that fly people to their
destination quickly and safely. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted
flight of a purely electric multicopter and have since showcased numerous
public flights with our full-scale VoloCity aircrafts (www. volocopter.com).
Your mission during this flight:
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team at Volocopter and will be
actively involved in the entire recruitment process. You will be contributing
to all areas of Talent Acquisition, and collaborate closely with candidates,
the hiring teams of your designated areas, the wider People & Organization
team as well as other departments at Volocopter. This will be a 1-year fixed-
term contract.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process of all open
positions in your designated areas/departments at Volocopter with the goal
to find and hire the best worldwide talent
You will create excellent candidate experience and build meaningful
candidate relationships during the selection process
You will closely collaborate with hiring managers and hiring teams,
guiding and supporting them throughout the entire process
You will collaborate on administrative tasks within Talent Acquisition
(e.g., manage applications and candidates, scheduling and coordinate
interviews, create job postings, managing referral bonus program)
You will contribute to Talent Acquisition projects
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential
candidates
Check in your professional skills:
At least 2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or
similar
Degree in human resources or related field
Strong organization skills and attention to details
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent social skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English; French or German language skills would be a plus
Get things done mentality
Positive attitude with the ability to engage and motivate others
Preferred skills:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters or
Greenhouse)
