What you'll do:
You'll work closely and collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand hiring needs and align on job search criteria
You'll Create and action role-specific sourcing plans.
You'll work to create innovative sourcing strategies to source and attract the best candidates
You'll search for and Identify suitable candidates using various proactive sourcing methods and tools.
You'll build talent networks across multiple areas within Furhat.
You'll Proactively and eagerly search for talent utilising a variety of tools and techniques.
Create personalized emails and persona-based messages.
Track, measure, and adapt your sourcing strategy based on the data.
Conduct effective screening interviews with potential candidates, displaying your ability to foresee hiring team requirements and business needs.
You'll write engaging, personalised communication across various mediums to prospective candidates
You'll maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline of CVs
You'll write and post creative job adverts on professional sites, job sites, and social media
You'll Screen and evaluate resumes
You'll own the recruitment process for your roles, making sure both the hiring manage and the candidates have clarity on stage, next steps, and have the tools they need to have a smooth and great-quality recruitment process.
You'll ensure that the ATS/CRM is up to date and utilised effectively
