Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the fleet business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the fleet industry
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleet management companies, and fleet leasing companies
  • Build, lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets in the fleet business
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify areas for growth and improvement in the fleet business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, budget, and expenses in the fleet business
  • Continuously improve the sales process and provide coaching to the team to enhance their skills and performance in the fleet business
  • Provide input into product development and marketing strategies to support the fleet business
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 6+ years of proven experience in B2B sales in the automotive industry, with a focus on fleet business
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the fleet business
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
