Description

The Delivery Office Team will lead and coordinate business activities and projects across and outside the GM Europe organization. Work involves a high level of independent motivation, problem solving, frequent contact with different levels of management and establishing a course of action (work plan) to accomplish completion of activities and/or projects. Activities are often ad-hoc and require quick judgement and immediate action.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop , approve , and lead processes related to GME organization.
  • Develop local process for coordination of resources (financial & people) with approved/under-study products and projects
  • Lead planning and reporting activities, in collaboration with the entire GME team as part of the broader GME business process.
  • Schedule, lead and create content for agile start up standard meetings (Weekly Sync, Sprint Reviews, ad-hoc meetings)
  • Lead execution and participate in complex projects.
  • Create and deliver presentations for executive leadership and high-level reviews.
  • Collaborate with SMT's and other organizations.
  • Support and lead strategies to achieve business initiatives.

    What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in automotive or related industries
  • Proficient with Miro, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Planner, MS Powerpoint and/or other data management tools
  • Ability to lead multiple complex projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results
  • Demonstrated level of analytical ability where problems are unusual or difficult
  • Clear understanding of agile organizational processes
  • Highly proficient communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work self-sufficiently, apply independent judgment, and navigate ambiguity
