In this role you will be responsible to manage the design of learning solutions for ABB leaders by translating business needs into best-in-class learning experience though leveraging the Leadership Learning Ecosystem (LLE) as well as solutions from external providers.

Your responsibilities
  • Designing and managing a portfolio of learning solutions for all ABB leaders, focusing on senior leaders (IMPACT Advanced offering) but not limited to senior leaders. Lead learning product sourcing, curation, design and solution building based on identified needs. Create innovative solutions to drive learning impact and promote lifelong learning culture for ABB leaders.
  • Responsible for user experience design of learning solutions. Implement learning instructional design, design thinking and digital methodologies for maximum reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with various internal/external SME's for relevant design and content building. Build strong partnerships with universities and consultancies and continually scout the market for emerging themes and best practices.
  • Work closely with vendors to translate Business/Learning needs into high quality solutions. Ensure continuous improvement of learning product design and solutions based on KPIs and market developments.
  • In close cooperation with the Global LLE Community Lead, define the appropriate marketing & pricing strategy to position the LLE products and offerings in the right way to achieve the required uptake with different target groups. Responsible for learning product campaign /impulses and target audience specific communication.
  • End-to-end responsibility for management of programs, including planning, budgeting and delivery.
  • Set and measure KPIs linked to product relevance, agreed Learning outcome and user experience. Use analytics from adoption and feedback to drive continuous improvement of learning product and learner experience.
  • Your background
  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Marketing/ Communication, Organizational Development, Social Sciences/ Psychology, or Adult Education, with 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or equivalent field.
  • Executive presence and experience working with Senior Leaders.
  • Extensive experience in leading global projects and taking strategic decisions for at scale learning solutions such as budgeting, pricing and vendor management. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • High fluency with digital learning technologies including using digital and social media for communication and learning engagement. Solid experience in designing and implementing digital learning solutions at a global level including virtual program design/delivery, content curation and building learning paths.
  • Global minded and DEI aware. Passionate about modern learning technology and practices. Creative thinker, Inspirational communicator and big picture person driven by results. Excellent team work and collaboration skills. Strong drive for accelerating change.
  • High Customer focus and Business acumen. Ability to decode and translate business needs as well as to understand the participants' feedback in order to drive continuous improvement and adjustment of our learning solutions.
  • Qualifications in Learning Instructional design and user experience design is a plus.
  • Role model in the use of modern learning and facilitation technologies.
  • Passionate about both people development and business performance
  • Fluent in English.
  • A min 10% traveling may be required
