•Gestão do time de manutenção, através do planejamento de corretivas, preventivas e preditivas dos ferramentais (Repuxo, Corte/Furar, Flangear e Separar)

•Dirigir e a resolver problemas de ferramentas que causam a perda de produção

•Gerir entre as áreas de T.D.O e Plom para projetos

•Fornecer ações para Ferramentas e Matrizes (TIP, Workshop/Inovação)

•Assegurar a distribuição da carga de trabalho entre turnos (PM, CM, Proj., EM, PDM)

•Realizar a gestão de KPI's

•Gestão e avaliação de pessoas por qualificação (Ferramenta e Matriz)

•Responsável pela conta de desempenho 50009 e Líder: WSS (4.4) e PS21 - Ferramentas eléctricas portáteis e máquinas-ferramentas

•Motivar a melhoria contínua através de sugestões e inovações;

•Implementar o sistema GM-GMS em todos os times, para atender todos os statements e plano de evolução;

•Assegurar a qualidade do produto para atender os objetivos internos (PPM/IPPM) e que as preocupações com a qualidade sejam conhecidas e melhorias desenvolvidas;

•Responsável pelo processo de produção de estampados, com conhecimento dos impactos nas categorias do BPD;

•Assegurar que o programa diário de produção seja cumprido e fornecer detalhes e ações sobre perdas de produção/ gargalos;

•Assegurar o desenvolvimento do plano de produtividade;

•Monitorar e controlar custos de produção e mantê-los dentro do Budget/forecast;

•Garantir que targets Scorecard sejam atingidos com desenvolvimento de melhores resultados;
