Summary:
The Logistics Claims Analyst/Administrator will drive accountability and adhere to contractual terms, investigate, triage, and submit claims such as customer deductions, transportation claims, warehousing claims; over, short, damages, etc. Research must be done to find the responsible party of the claim, and charge back accordingly. As well as document claims, find root cause, and work toward cost recovery and send to correct team for final resolution. This role will report to our Mgr. of Transportation.
What You Will Do:
The temporary resource will be investigating and documenting information related to each individual claim. In addition, the individual will report findings through High Radius and to their manager so corrective action can be taken. Corrective action may lead to financial/cost recovery from 3PL, transportation providers and/or change in process at iRobot.
This position is expected to be in place for approximately 1 year.
