The Communications Manager will be pivotal in communicating our digital direction both internally and externally. Entrusted with the task of weaving narratives around our data-centric initiatives, this role will liaise with leadership, present digital milestones, and assist in change management related to data & digital programs.
Message Crafting : Contribute to shaping Rockwell Automation's digital strategy narrative across diverse communication channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
Leadership Liaison : Work alongside senior leaders to help convey the nuances of our digital strategy to various internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Milestone Communication : Draft and deliver communications that highlight our digital achievements, ensuring they resonate with their intended audiences.
Change Management Support : Assist in orchestrating change management initiatives, focusing on effective communication to foster understanding and acceptance during digital transformations.
Collaborative Efforts : Collaborate with various departments to promote unified messaging around digital undertakings and outcomes.
Stay Updated : Monitor industry communication trends and digital innovations, ensuring Rockwell Automation's messaging remains contemporary and relevant.
Feedback and Iteration : Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of communication campaigns, suggesting areas of improvement based on feedback and metrics.
Engage with Stakeholders : Facilitate dialogues with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting and reinforcing our digital commitments.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related.
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
5-7 years in strategic or digital communication roles. Prior experience in industrial automation or tech-centric environments is a plus.
Proven ability in developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to break down complex digital subjects into engaging and understandable content.
Familiarity with basic change management principles.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Passion for staying updated with the rapidly shifting digital communication landscape.
