Job Description

Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op supporting MOE4 production areas

- Manufacturing engineering support for latest generation exhaust sensor production

- Participate on project teams to improve the overall quality, capacity, and cost of manufacturing processes, products, equipment, and components

- Support development and maintenance of I4.0 solutions for manufacturing environment

- Support problem solving, failure analysis, and Continuous Improvement Process activities

- Integrate process improvements into manufacturing documentation such as Process & Quality Instructions for manufacturing personnel

- Provide daily support to the manufacturing team from engineering, operations, and logistics

Qualifications

- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to complete multiple rotations: Fall 2023, Summer 2024, Spring 2025

- Indefinite U.S. Work authorized individuals only. Current/Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.

Preferred Experience (But Not Required) - Minimum preferred overall GPA of at least 3.0

- Experience with AutoCAD, Solidworks3D, or other 3D Modeling software

- Knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases

- Experience with data analytics such as Tableau and Power-BI
