Responsibilities:
§Undertake related tasks as assigned.
§
Marketing Departmental Budget Management
§Fully understanding the current on-going business and planning for all GMPI corresponding functions.
§Work closely with business stakeholders to prepare, monitor & analyze annual budget / rolling forecast as well as department monthly tracking requests.
§Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proceed and maintain procurement process (incl. SC application, PO as well as payment).
§Working with all stakeholders to manage external vendors for all payment and invoice submission/tracking/Q&A .
§Continuous improvement on planning templates & methodology with evolving business models.
§Drive project analyses process as requested.
§Work closely with Finance as well as Accounting team, to support monthly & yearly closing.
§Provide process reminder and insights to support business stakeholders.
Marketing Business
§Support on marketing campaigns.
§Support on brand, creative and communication cases.
§Support on offline events.
§Coordinate market research and analyze data to gain marketing insights and uncover key consumer insights and competitive opportunities.
§Liaise with external vendors and cross-functional teams on marketing topics. Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; CRM, agencies, GM partners, etc.
Risk Management Control
§Identify and manage potential risks, including but not limit to processes, finance or procurement related risk management.
§Monitoring, identifying, and assessing risks of GMPI business processes, and making sure all relevancies are compliance with GM policy.
§Supporting effective governance of GMPI business processes through implementation and monitoring of key risk indicators.
§Facing into internal audit and external regulatory engagements for GMPI to support positive outcomes, and execution of associated treatment plans.
Requirements:
§Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, marketing. Minimum 4+ years experience of Marketing Finance Business Partner / Account Payable Accountant.
§Strong experience and knowledge on project management. Familiar with marketing topics both online and offline (including offline events, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relationships).
§Strong knowledge for IFRS and China GAAP is preferred.
§Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of business process. Extensive understanding to risks management and best practices and principles.
§Relevant risk management experiences is a must.
§Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.
§Strong management skills and attention to detail.
§Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
§Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Teams, Share points and Windows.
