Freud America seeks a Technical Marketing Associate, Senior (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 251 Armour Drive, Atlanta, GA, 30324. Develop an understanding for the needs and dynamics of local markets Canada, Oceania and Mexico and develop a strong relationship with the local sales management. Establish and manage a strong link between the brand and product management between countries. Coordinate regularly with management, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and service functions to establish quality standards and drive improvements. Establish and oversee International Sales with a dedicated sales and marketing structure for Freud and Diablo in key countries other than U.S. and Canada. Serve as the product expert developing the End User Research needed to drive the work plans that bring innovative solutions to the market. Drive the full life cycle of your product category, including product improvements, range extensions, quality initiatives, and cost reduction projects related to your product categories. Development of PTNF End User Research and Work plans to bring innovative solutions to end user needs for circular saw blades. Support the PTNF Sales teams, Brand, and Event Marketing, providing expertise on product related issues, competitive environment, end-users, and applications for Circular Saw Blades. Lead product improvement performance and/or competitive requirements. Support quality improvements, range extensions, and cost reduction projects for Circular saw blades. 25% international and domestic travel required. Remote Work May Be Permitted. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Chemical Engineering, Marketing or related field, plus 3 years of professional experience managing a large product range portfolio inclusive of Project Management, Sales, and Product Management. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: 1. Business Development Management expertise using Power Tools Accessories world with focus on International business expansion, strategic sales growth development, cost reduction initiatives and profitability accountability; 2. North American (US, Canada & Mexico) Power Tools Accessories market, including competitive landscape, dealers and channels, end-user applications and it's requirements; 3. Circular Saw Blades Product Development Management for the North American (US, Canada & Mexico) market; 4. Design, development and execution of Circular Saw Blades prototypes to meet internal and external customer protocols requirements; and 5.
