Diablo Tools is looking for an extroverted, highly motivated, and driven individual with 3-5 years of sales experience with a competitive fire to fill our Sales Role. Basic knowledge of construction products and power tools is necessary, however we provide a world class, hands-on training for all candidates regardless of previous experience.     Job Description

    Primary responsibility is to support National Accounts-Coop Channel strategies to gain 100% market share within their categories, channels and markets. Provide hands-on field leadership, inspiration and guidance to implement strategic approaches delivering monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales numbers.

    Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Drive sales through conversion & cultivation of National Accounts
  • Execute National Account strategies designed to “Take Market Share”
  • Formulate strategies designed to achieve corporate objectives
  • Coordinate, conduct & track field team initiatives within the Professional Sales Channel
  • Hands-on demonstrations and mentorship with TM regarding National Accounts Best Practices
  • Provide senior leadership at National Account (CO-OP) show events both national & regional
  • Travel minimum of 70% per month working with the TM's (as assigned)
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Management or similar or 6 years of commensurate work experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 + years of proven sales experience and success
  • 5+ years of customer account management experience
  • 3+ years of strategy development & implementation experience
  • 3+ years of experience with coordination of time allocation and business impact
  • 3+ years successful business plan development & implementation experience
