Job Description
We are looking for motivated, teamwork-oriented, independent-minded
Engineers and IT Professionals that have experience with Server class setups,
Linux, and Virtualization experience to support our customers, field service
technicians, and support personnel with product issues, questions, set-ups,
troubleshooting, and warranties.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers or field personnel in the field of
configuration and troubleshooting of Dell EMC Servers, VMware
virtualization (vSphere), Cybersecurity (Threat Detection and Secure
Remote Access), Industrial Data Centers, and other Industrial Networks by
phone, chat/email (20% / 80%).
Manage all customer interactions including and not limited to, setting
expectations with customers before concluding an interaction, capturing
the customer issue/resolution/steps taken to troubleshoot within Service
Ticket notes, accomplishing the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS)
process, and following up with customer(s) promptly.
Interact and Support additional core areas of Automation, including our
controllers, operator interfaces, and networks.
Update and author Technical Notes and other documentation with solutions
to commonly experienced problems, installation practices that create
problems, and how-to guides to improve customer satisfaction and
acceptance.
The Essentials of you:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer
Science, or related Information Technology field.
Experience with Servers, Networking, Linux OS & VMWare vSphere.
Cybersecurity Applications.
Knowledge of LAN / WAN Network Technologies.
Good Verbal and Written command of the English language.
Handle high-pressure work situations when working with customers from
different backgrounds.
Willingness to work weekends (not every weekend) and different shifts.
Nice to have:
2 years of experience in a similar position/field.
Demonstrated practical knowledge in the use of virtualization technology,
such as VMware (vSphere), or be a VMware Certified Associate or
Professional.
Knowledge and ability to use issues in the field of Windows Server
2012/2016 in practice (AD, DHCP, DNS, RDP, …).
Claroty Threat Detect Services and Secure Remote Access.
CCNA or CCNA Security / CCNP / CCENT certification or Experience with the
Cisco IOS command-line interface (CLI) for configuring and managing
Cisco devices, CCNA or CCNP certification.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting managed Ethernet switches and
routers.
Knowledge of Industrial networks through EtherNet/IP.
Experience with OT Technologies.
Additional Information:
An international team: 11 people in the EMEA team, including one person in
Poland from Kosovo, 1 engineer from Bogota, and 3 from Indo-Pacific.
There is no female engineer in the team yet, so we cordially invite women

The first employment contract is for 6 months, and the next one is for an
indefinite period.
The team provides shadowing, buddy care, and internal training + among the
team.
Afternoon hours of recruitment interviews due to the time zone.
We do not provide a relocation package. You must be in Poland to work.
We help with updating work and residence permits.
