Introduction
The Account Manager Online is responsible for the online presentation of our product at the customers of iRobot in the Benelux. You ensure that our products are optimally found online at customers such as CoolBlue, Bol.com and Media Markt and Amazon.
The Account Manager Online is responsible for achieving sales targets for which he/her can rely on the input of intern teams within the Netherlands for the completion of all online sales of our online customers following the given sales objectives, optimal translating those into the customers websites in which you align on advertising (SEA) campaigns and social media. You contribute on clear sales KPI's to shape sales campaigns, analyze the results and adjust where necessary. You follow the latest trends and are at the forefront of innovation.
Briefly the Account Manager Online ensures:
Forecast and track key account metrics (P&L), own the commercial outcome measured by clear KPI's like Gross Sales, Net Sales, Product Margin and Market (In-House) Share
Sell-Through forecasting
Promo Planning in a sense of SKU's involved and MDF provided (direct influence on the above KPI's).
Sell-In, ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
