Job Description
Position Responsibilities
The OE Specialist serves as the administrator and point of contact for the Learning Management System (LMS), including, but not limited to:
Program and/or individual learner set up and registration
Data capture and maintenance of certifications and licenses
Matrix management as well as report creation and generation
Partner with LMS vendor consultants and SME's
Create synchronous and asynchronous workshops and experiences that drive learning and engagement
Ensure audit and assessment compliance
Leads projects that include instructional design and co-facilitation
Designs and delivers learning content in both virtual and live classroom environments, including on-boarding and new-hire orientation. This includes working with subject matter experts to create and deliver online learning content using Articulate Storyline or equivalent, leveraging audio, video and game-based experiences
Facilitates compulsory and professional development workshops
ETP coordination and reporting to the State of California
Manages learning supplies and other expendables
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions in OE Inbox and business email
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires identifiable factors
Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Other duties as assigned

The salary range for this role is:
$79,040 - $118,560

ITAR Requirement:
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
