The Role:
People Analytics CoE (Community of Expertise) is looking for a People Analytics Consultant to join the People Analytics Consulting & Research team and support the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) practice. In this role, you will work very closely with the DEI CoE and will be responsible for delivering actionable, business-driven people insights that inform strategic DEI business and talent decisions, drive positive employee experience and improve organizational effectiveness. Your strong subject- matter expertise in DEI, strength in consulting and analytical skills using DEI research and DEI data to address business challenges, excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to translate HR data into actionable insights will help us advance our analytics capabilities and enable data-driven decisions. Responsibilities:
Manage complex analytics projects and provide ongoing consulting support to the DEI CoE on data driven insights, project ROI and recommendations by leveraging our tools, data, and external research.
Identify and provide key insights and recommendations around emerging DEI opportunities and our overall DEI strategy (e.g., workforce representation, equity in the talent lifecycle data, organizational effectiveness, inclusion sentiment, supplier diversity, customer representation, market insights and benchmarking, etc.).
Develop relationships within your assigned DEI stakeholder group and key HR stakeholders (e.g., Field HR, Talent, Employee Listening, etc.) to understand their business challenges and respond through various analytics products (e.g., data storytelling briefings, executive presentations, reports, and dashboards).
Identify and assess root causes of underlying issues and offer evidence- based recommendations to address challenges.
Perform statistical analysis using organizational data from multiple sources to develop accurate, relevant, and actionable insights and recommendations influencing DEI impact and our overall strategy.
Provide expertise on DEI data collection, analytics methodology, actionable insights, research design, and development of key metrics for DEI programs and initiatives to technical and non-technical audiences.
Work with Legal and Compliance team on day-to-day analytics projects and requests.
Act as the main point of contact for data & analytics for the DEI COE team bringing all the relevant partners when needed (e.g., Reporting Center, HROS, IT).
Drive adoption and usage of People Analytics solutions. Help gather requirements for analytics solutions roadmap and future enhancements.
Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., Data storytelling for HR).
Requirements:
7+ years of client-facing People Analytics, or Human Capital Consulting experience with at least 3 years of experience providing DEI analytics expertise . DEI consulting experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR DEI data and HR employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, engagement, employee listening, learning and development, etc.).
Familiarity with business KPIs in DEI (e.g., customer diversity data, supplier diversity, community impact, etc.).
Familiarity with DEI data collection processes and development of analytics that support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Highly data-driven, consultative, passionate about data storytelling, and a great communicator who can use data and analytics technology to solve business problems and influence executive stakeholders.
Previous DEI research experience is a plus.
Familiarity with inferential statistics techniques (e.g., correlation, regression) and how they apply to various business challenges.
Experience identifying key leading and lagging indicators in the HR space.
Strong data analytics skills and ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions.
A degree with quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology) and/or a degree in Human Resources is a plus.
Experience using SQL, R, and/or Python for data analysis and PowerBI for visualizations is a plus.
Remote: This position does not require employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis.
