ROLE:

Our Data Analytics team supports operational improvement and business decision-making through ad-hoc statistical analysis of curated enterprise data and self-constructed data sets.
The Role: People Analytics CoE (Community of Expertise) is looking for a People Analytics Data Consultant to join its newly formed Data Visualizations & Analytics Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the processes and procedures of People Analytics and assisting in the creation of proof of concepts and viability of products, as well as ensuring our underlying infrastructure design scales to support initiatives. You will gather key requirements from stakeholders and build out a People Analytics product roadmap to accelerate access to critical business insights and deliver them at scale. Your strong experience working with IT on a development roadmap, management and prioritization of analytics product portfolio, and demonstrated knowledge of HR data and related security and data governance principles will help advance our analytics capabilities and enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
Gather and manage requirements for People Analytics Data Platform/Data Warehouse, helping to create efficient and secure access to data that will enable data products (including Visual Products, Data Science products, Process Automation)
Partner with IT on building and managing the best-in-class data environment and technology stack for the People Analytics team (requirements, prioritization, implementation)
Build partnership and work closely with HROS and IT teams and vendors to deliver the best-in-class analytics tools and solutions that support our strategic goals
Partner with IT on designing and implementing People Analytics Data Automation Roadmap highlighting data requirements that will support the development of analytical products and solutions
Product owner for People Analytics data suite (data structure/model, data governance, enhancement roadmap, security, development prioritization, testing, documentation, user training and partnership with IT on data ingestion and ETL)
Partnership with HROS and HR Domain teams on the governance and ownership of HR data, and creation and maintenance of analytics definitions and HR data catalog
Product owner for IT built People Dashboards - driving requirements and building enhancement roadmap
Manage the integration of multiple internal and external data sources in partnership with IT
Develop protocol for managing and enhancing existing People Analytics infrastructure (database management, governance framework, product enhancement roadmap, data validation and audit etc.)
Access management and testing for People Analytics and HR Dashboards
Experience working with and designing products/processes involving highly sensitive SPI, CI, PI and other forms of protected data.
Define prioritization criteria and intake process for projects and requests managed by the team
Prioritization/agile/backlog management
Requirements:
5+ years of related work experience in HR data analytics role (People Analytics/HR Data Analyst, Business Analyst or Data Engineer dedicated to HR)
Experience managing and enhancing HR data warehouse environment; Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Hadoop a plus
Advanced knowledge of Data Integrations and Data Models within People data space
Experience incorporating external data sources into internal datasets
Good understanding of ETL and data warehouse management processes
Experience working with IT on developing analytics roadmap (backlog management, feature prioritization)
Experience with Data Governance and Access Management/Security; iIncluding managing definitions/metadata, implementing data governance processes and/or frameworks from ground up, ; Bbuilding secure, auditable, and modular access security processes
Very good understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development, external benchmarking etc.)
Advanced knowledge of SQL (R, Python are a plus)
Data analytics skills and ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions
Experience architecting and automating data and analytics solutions that can provide insights and recommendations at scale
Strong project management skills
Experience with PowerBI data visualization tool is a plus
This role can be a remote (anywhere in the United States) or a hybrid position (Detroit metro area).

Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is : $81,000 - $129,400 . Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
