Responsibility: Industry and Market data collection, organization and analysis. 1. Perform analysis on Auto Industry Business Environment and trends/developments (political, economic, social, technological, environmental regulations and policies, legal environments) 2. Perform analysis on manufacturers and competitive landscape Collect, translate and organize information of Auto manufacturers and their products, Strengths and weaknesses analysis of major OEMs, major OEM's strategies, Implications to the industry competitive landscape 3. Data support for GM Competitor Product Database by providing OEMs product information in China market with focus on local OEMs portfolio planning and project support 4. Assist GM China portfolio planning and program management team in managing the vehicle portfolio development and change process 5. Support preparation of portfolio planning related meetings/ workshops (presentations/ logistics/ meeting agenda, meeting notes)
Additional DescriptionQualification: 1. Bachelors or Masters Student in a top university 2. At least 3 working days per week for 3+ months 3. Critical thinking/Strategic Agility, Drive for results, Interpersonal skills. Good level of analytical ability / organizational skills, excellent computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentations), strong interest in Automotive industry, strong willingness to learn and self- motivation 4. Video clipping skill preferred
