As Vehicle Pricing and Sales Incentives Coordinator, your main responsibilities/challenges of the role will be to create vehicle pricing strategy and administration of sales incentives programs.
Sales Operations provides the sales organization with tools, data, and resources to enable the team they support to drive the business. They may be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. The Sales Operations team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
Vehicle Pricing Analytics:
· Prepare and consolidate vehicle pricing and incentives proposals, focus on profitability and volume objectives.
· Simulate pricing and incentives scenarios using Incentives Management tool
· Review competitors pricing and offers and made comparative pricing reports
· Evaluate product competitiveness in terms of pricing and equipment or specs

Sales Incentives Administration:
· Develop and communicate vehicles incentives bulletins
· Administrate sales incentives payment to dealers with accuracy and on time
· Control and follow up to exceptions and dealer claims
· Design and implement incentives payment processes according with GM policies
Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales and Marketing operations. Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Finance, GMF, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional DescriptionRequirements:
· Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study. (required)
· Experience : 5 years work experience in similar positions. (required)
· Office: Advance Level, specifically Excel (required)
· Knowledge of Power BI and database management will be valued.
· English: Advance Level (required) and Portuguese (desirable)
· Availability to work onsite at the plant located at Bogotá, Colombia. (required)
