Job Description

As a Product Engineer on the Deliver Solutions Team, you will be responsible for full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, Migrations, and support on various projects. You will have experience in using Source control systems (e.g., GitHub), release branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines for release management and deployment across environments. With knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, you will play a critical role in the planning, development, and execution of product roadmap.

What you will do:

  • Deliver business value driven, scalable, and innovative solutions involving FinancialForce Applications and integrations on Salesforce Cloud Platform.
  • Work independently & on multiple projects against deadlines in a dynamic environment where consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines.
  • Lead continuous improvements to the release process by iteratively updating documented release plans, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
  • Manage all Salesforce environments, carefully planning environment refreshes and integrations.
  • Influence others to drive project progress in functional area.
  • Model strong R&D functional skills, including appropriate skills in effective communication, financial acumen, integrated risk management, project management, quality, robustness, and technical curiosity.
  • Provide consistent communication with cross-functional team and internal stakeholders.
  • Create documentation, maintain standardization and proactively seeking ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
  • Participate in the daily, monthly, and yearly Audit controls.
  • Participate in the disaster recovery exercises planned for the applications.
  • Remain current on Salesforce/ FinancialForce best practices.

  • You are a problem solver and can drive improvements using methods, metrics, and tools associated with continuous improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role within software engineering
  • Prior experience with products/ tools such as Salesforce, FinancialForce PSA, MuleSoft
  • Experience with CI/CD Tools (GitHub, ADO), GIT source control, VS code IDEs, branching and merging strategies/resolving conflicts.
  • Strong professionalism, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note) and SharePoint.
  • Experience with MS project, Visio
  • Experience with Waterfall/ Agile/ SAFe / Lean Project Management methodologies
  • Proven experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
