Working as a Product Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing and sales team in PC Product Management, EL (Electrification) Power Conversion, defining marketing plans, including marketing communication, training and sales initiatives. This role will serve as Senior Product Manager for Services and is responsible for leading growth in new and existing customers and market segments. The service product manager will drive cross functional ownership and accountability to meet growth plan associated with Services product family for the EL Power Conversion (ELPC) division. In this role you will lead, integrate and develop cross functional relationships and processes that meet business needs across your ~$45M product line, be involved in long term planning and strategy, manage complex issues within development of new products and sustaining existing products, and contribute to the overall business results. This position reports into the ELPC Product Line Manager in EL Power Conversion. This role will be in the Plano, TX ELPC Headquarters. We offer a hybrid work schedule, with business approval.

Your responsibilities
  • Establish the services growth strategy to align with the long range business segment goals
  • Collaborate with the segment, sales, service leaders and customers to gather, evaluate voice of customer and other market information to develop service growth initiatives, pricing, promotion and go to market plans
  • Work with sales to assign targets, track and drive accountability to meet regional service growth metrics and work with service leadership team to assure clear execution hand off and commitment to execute new service programs
  • Communicate to all stakeholder's service strategy, growth programs, achievements or losses and their impact on an ongoing basis to leadership
  • Visit customers and coordinate with the regional sales and service teams to support segment growth initiatives
  • Responsible for developing annuity programs, multi year and service level agreements
  • Coordinates the creation of external marketing and internal training content to communicate the value proposition of new service programs as well as competitive strategies to win in the larger marketplace
  • Works with services defining, reviewing, approving and escalating critical RFQs (Request for quotations)
  • Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Field from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years services management or service product management experience
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Experience supporting telecommunications, industrial or data centers
  • Previous experience launching and growing services in an industrial technology business preferably with exposure to telecom, wireless and data center verticals
  • Experience developing, launching SaaS based IoT services programs
  • Strong ability to lead cross functional teams, drive accountability and influence without authority
  • Proven experience driving growth and delivering results in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business analysis, problem solving and strategy development skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Results oriented; ability to deliver on commitments and follow through
