Yaskawa is currently seeking a Product Training Engineer. This position is located in Waukegan, IL and will work a hybrid schedule with three days a week in the office. The primary job responsibilities are to provide practical and personal service to customers by developing, conducting and coordinating professional technical training sessions, in-house, online and at customer facilities. Serve as a technical expert with the ability to answer product questions, provide sales support, provide support for equipment start-ups and diagnose and repair equipment. Use your engineering talents to create real- world training programs that will benefit real-world engineers.
